An interview will then be held, discussing the H&S policy, appropriate behaviour in school. The placement will be monitored throughout, with Mrs Evans as point of contact throughout. An exit interview will be conducted to review the placement. The school will not take ex-pupils, as it is felt this does not always work in either's best interests.
