We want to know what you think about us setting up a youth arts space for practicing Street Arts in Poole. Please answer this short questionnaire about Graffiti and Street Art. Remember this questionnaire is anonymous, and your comments are very much needed, so please take a minute to tell us what you think!
Just to be clear what we’re talking about, here’s what we mean by using the words:
Graffiti as Vandalism: Territorial markings, tags, initials, slogans, or drawings, written, spray-painted, or sketched on a pavement, wall, building or public toilet, without permission. This is illegal and dangerous. Street Art is any art developed in public spaces - that is, "In The Streets". The term can include graffiti artwork/murals, stencil graffiti, sticker art, performance and poster art, video projection, art intervention, and street installations. Typically, the term Street Art is used to distinguish contemporary public-space artwork from territorial graffiti, vandalism, and corporate art.
