All people requesting a placement would be expected to: Write a letter to ask for a placement (to Mrs Evans), who will then call and set up an interview to clarify expectations on both sides. An interview will then be held, discussing the H&S policy, appropriate behaviour in school. The placement will be monitored throughout, with Mrs Evans as point of contact throughout. An exit interview will be conducted to review the placement. The school will not take ex-pupils, as it is felt this does not always work in either's best interests.
