Choreographers create dance or movement routines and then teach them to other dancers or actors for stage, film or TV productions. They might work in the following areas: cl****ical ballet, contemporary dance, large-scale musical productions, TV and video ballroom dancing and folk dancing. Choreographers need: dancing ability and experience, and a thorough knowledge of dance teaching skills, creativity and imagination an interest in movement.
